At Elana Kay Makeup Studio, we value your time and greatly appreciate your understanding of our policies. These guidelines allow us to manage our schedule efficiently and maintain the highest standard of service for every client.
 

Running Late

Clients are kindly asked to arrive 5 minutes early to ensure appointments run smoothly.
If you are running late, please notify us immediately at info@elanakay.com.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time may result in your appointment being cancelled, with your deposit forfeited and the full service amount charged.
 

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Payment of the deposit confirms your intention to attend and acceptance of all booking policies.
Deposits are tied to a specific date and time; if you wish to cancel and rebook, a new deposit will be required.
 

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment time will incur the full service fee, as this time cannot be rebooked on short notice.
 

Refunds & Credit Notes

Refunds are not available for client cancellations, including those due to event changes, illness, poor weather, travel delays, work commitments, or change of mind.
Credit notes are also not issued under these circumstances.

A full refund will only be provided if Elana Kay Makeup Studio must cancel your appointment. In such cases, you will be contacted promptly to reschedule or process your refund.
